Who is Bill Plympton ?

Bill Plympton was born in 1946 in Portland, Oregon. He attended the School of Visual Arts in New York city.

Career

Bill Plympton is animator, cartoonist, screenwriter, director and producer with a distinctive style. His illustrations and cartoons have been published in many magazines, including The New York Times, Vogue, Rolling Stone, etc. Bill Plympton is famous for drawing every frame of the animated movie he creates. His awards include Cartoonist of the Year (MoCCA Art Festival), nomination for Short Animation at the Oscar Academy Award and Grand Prix in the Annecy Animation Festival.
